Scouts WA grants access and limited license to make personal use of this site. This site (or any portion of it) may not be reproduced for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Scouts WA. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Scouts WA online store provided the link does not portray Scouts WA, its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.


Scouts WA does not claim that any information (including any files) obtained from or through this Site is free from viruses or other faults or defects. You are responsible for scanning any information for viruses. You agree that Scouts WA has no responsibility or liability to you or any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic), regardless of cause, negligence or otherwise, which may be the direct or indirect result of any such information. Scouts WA, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the Scouts WA online store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

Scouts WA and its affiliates attempt to describe all products and services as accurately as possible, however Scouts WA does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Scouts WA is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Please visit the Refunds section for details.


Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be incorrectly priced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 

Payment Options

The following payment methods are available when making purchases from the online store:

We offer Credit Card processing through SecurePay, a business of Australia Post. Credit Card payments are made directly through SecurePay’s secure payment gateway to insure your personal and credit card details are kept safe. None of your payment details are stored, ensuring your details are protected. For more information regarding the SecurePay payment gateway please go to www.securepay.com.au.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.

Payment Declines

If you receive a message that we were unable to authorize or charge your  credit card, please check with the issuing bank for your card. Credit cards may be declined for a variety of reasons, such as a technical error during processing, and we do not have access to further information.

We will try charging the same card again if you do not submit updated information. Typically, we attempt to charge a credit card daily for one week before cancelling your order. To update your credit card details or submit a different payment method, login and visit My Account and select the link to "Edit credit card".

Shipping and Delivery Methods

Orders will be processed Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and dispatched from Scouts WA headquarters.

Items will be sent with Australia Post.

Postage is free for deliveries within Australia excluding some bulky item which is stated in the description of that item.

Undelivered Mail
On occasion, parcels are not received at their intended destination. This comes to our notice either via a returned parcel to our office or a phone call from you.

Incorrect address
Sometimes we receive returned parcels that have been deemed undeliverable by the Carrier.  This can be due to an incorrect address.  Please, ensure that the correct information is entered into the relevant field in the Checkout process and that the Shipping Address is correctly spelt with the correct post code (where necessary).

If a package is to be resent due to the incorrect inputting of your address the potage will be charged.

You can update your address details by accessing your Customer Account through the Customer Account Login. In the instances of a returned parcel, you will be contacted by one of our staff, either via email or telephone to notify you of the undelivered package and to verify delivery details for us to re-send the package.

Mail not yet received
If you have not received your parcel within a reasonable time of placing your order, please first contact your local Post Office to see if the package is awaiting collection.  Nine times out of ten, the parcel has tried to be delivered without anyone home to accept it and the package has been returned to the local Post Office. A delivery card is usually left.

Undeliverable package
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When it happens, we issue a full refund.

If this circumstance, we are unable to re-ship the order once they've been returned to us as undeliverable. If you'd still like to buy the items, you'll need to place a new online order. If you haven't received the order or confirmation of an order's return or refund after two weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact our office.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Packages may be undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

1. Incorrect address
Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

2. Other address problems
In rare cases, it's also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label.

3. Failed delivery attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Returning an Item

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Packing and sending your return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  1. For unworn items - repack your item in the original packaging.
  2. Include your original or a copy of your invoice. If you would like an exchange, place another order online. We will credit you for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges mailed with your return at this time.)
  3. Include a reason for each item you wish to return. This is merely used for feedback to our product team to continue to improve our products.

Returning Unordered Item

Please email us if you received additional items or if there are missing items from your order, at your earliest convenience.  Please provide the following details:

Please note: Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Unfortunately, Scouts WA cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. Tax Information

Online purchases shipping to an address within Australia will incur the Goods and Service Tax (GST).  This is inclusive in all prices specified.

Online prices are quoted in AUD due to store locations in Australia.
